“I have gained insights into the recruiting world during the decade I spent leading recruiting efforts inside innovative companies such as Google, Amazon, and Pepsi. In particular, it is the story of four revelations that radically enhanced my outlook on recruitment while setting the stage for a unique way to engage recruiting.
My first realization was that the measure of success a business experiences is a function of the number of people that are growing within the organization. Simply put, a business grows according to those growing within it.
The second realization was just how much data, and strategy could be leveraged to radically increase the efficiency of identifying, attracting, acquiring, developing, and retaining transformational talent. This was a product of working with and developing some of the most sophisticated recruiting tools/processes at the aforementioned companies.
